2. Project Acceptance and Scope of Work:

All projects require a written agreement between the Company and the client (“Client”) outlining the scope of work, project timeline, and fees. The Company will only commence work upon receiving a signed agreement and any required deposit from the Client.

3. Payment Terms:

Payment terms will be stipulated in the written agreement for each project. Generally, the Company requires a deposit upon signing the agreement, with progress payments due throughout the project based on milestones or completion of specific stages. The final payment is due upon project completion and client satisfaction.

4. Warranties and Guarantees:

The Company offers warranties on its workmanship, typically for a period of one year from project completion. Specific warranty details will be outlined in the written agreement. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or neglect, or acts of God.

5. Client Responsibilities:

The Client is responsible for providing the Company with all necessary information and approvals to progress the project. This includes obtaining necessary permits, providing access to the work site, and making timely decisions on design or material selections.

6. Changes and Modifications:

Any changes or modifications to the agreed-upon scope of work must be documented in writing and signed by both the Company and the Client. Additional costs associated with changes may apply.

7. Termination:

The Company or the Client may terminate the agreement for cause, with written notice to the other party. In the case of termination by the Client, the Client may be liable for any costs incurred by the Company up to the point of termination.

8. Limitation of Liability:

The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its services or this website. The Company’s liability is limited to the value of the services rendered.

9. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda.

10. Dispute Resolution:

Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions will be settled through amicable negotiation. If negotiations fail, the dispute will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Uganda Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1995.

11. Entire Agreement:

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Client regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

12. Amendment:

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the amended terms on its website. By continuing to use the services or access the website after such amendments are posted, you agree to be bound by the amended Terms and Conditions.

13. Severability:

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
